Mustache March...ugh!
I dread the month of March...every year. For some reason, the boys of the Air Force find it amusing to grow (or attempt to grow) a mustache for the entire month. Apparently this is Ryan's year. Every other year he has had a difficult time, but of course, this year it's coming in nice and strong! So in celebration of Mustache March the girls and I made cupcakes today. That is a lie...I'm just using that as an excuse to eat a bunch of cupcakes before RJ gets here :)
Here are a few pictures of the Wilmes household tonight...
***yes, I drew a mustache on Ryan's cupake :) Oh, and if he decides not to shave it off before RJ gets here I have decided to bring a waxing strip to the hospital and remove it myself...or participate in Armpit April (we'll see how much he enjoys looking at hairy armpits in the hot, Arizona weather...)
On a happier note, the girls are really enjoying spending time together. When they misbehave at nap time or bedtime we threaten them with separating them and making them sleep in different rooms. Apparently they do not want that to happen...

That's so cute with them in bed together. Your girls are too cute.
ReplyDeleteI hate mustache march too. Luckily Mark didn't do it last year, hopefully he won't do it next year. He's already counting down the days until the end of March because he doesn't like it either. (Thank God.)
Hey! I didn't know you had a blog! I've had a blog following Avery since I found out I was pregnant. It's always fun to keep up with all your friend's blogs! I totally feel your pain on the mustache thing. They guys all grew mustache's in Iraq and Andrew could not grow a good one for the life of him. I always told him that he looked "greasie" over the webcam. He was (very proudly), the last one in the troop to shave it off. :(
